Terms and Conditions
What these terms cover
These are the terms and conditions on which we supply artwork to you, referred to as "you" or "customer”. They govern all orders placed from Amy Rhodes Art who is referred to in these terms as “we”, “us” or “our”. The term website refers to “www.amyrhodesart.com”. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us, by completing an order you are agreeing to these terms.
PERSONAL DETAILS
Before you can place an order, you will be required to provide personal information, such as your name, address and email address, that will need to be valid and up-to-date.
OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
How we will accept your order
When you purchase artwork from us, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, with the details of your order. The final acceptance of your order will be complete at the time we send you a dispatch confirmation email, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
If we cannot accept your order
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. All displayed works are subject to availability. We make every effort to display real time stock information as far as possible on our website, but we cannot always guarantee availability of items.
PRICES
The prices payable for the items you order are those displayed on the website on the date you place your order, inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges.
Although we try to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.
ARTWORK APPEARANCE
Artwork may vary slightly. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our artwork that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor or device, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual artwork. Your product may therefore vary slightly from those images.
DELIVERY
Currently we only deliver to the UK. If you live elsewhere please get in touch via the contact form to see if we can deliver to you. Extra duties and taxes may apply.
We will deliver the artwork to you as soon as reasonably possible. No order will be shipped until payment is received or payment has been authorised or processed.
You only own the goods once we have received payment in full. You will become responsible for the artwork from the time we deliver the artwork to the address you gave us.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control
We will contact you as soon as possible if there are any delays, if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any artwork you have paid for but not received.
RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please keep all packaging for return.
To start a return please email amyrhodesart@gmail.com. Please include your order details and the reasons for your return. If the item is faulty or damaged, please include photos.
Cancelling your order
If you have changed your mind, please let us know as soon as possible at amyrhodesart@gmail.com or click here to complete the form. If we have not begun the delivery process you can receive a full refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your artwork upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
COPYRIGHT
Amy Rhodes retains copyright on all images and these pieces may be used as prints in the future.
The Artwork provided does not carry the right of reproduction. When you purchase a piece of artwork it becomes yours however you do not have the right to copy it.
Other
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these Terms and Conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.
